Your room will be ready from 2pm on the day you arrive. If you know you’re likely to arrive at the Green Lake Hotel Weiher later than 8pm, you are advised to call us on +39 0474 565 227 or drop us an e-mail on info@remove-this.weiher.com to receive more information.
We respectfully request that you vacate your room by 10.30am on the day you leave. For a small fee and subject to availability, a late check-out can be arranged.

Children sharing their parents’ room receive the following reductions depending on their ages.
Up to 3: EUR 30 per day
3 to 6: -70 %
6 to 12: -50 %
12 to 16:-40%
16+: -10 %

If you require a room for a single person, there is a surcharge of EUR 30 per person per night.

Cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival incur no additional charge.

Cancellation of the reservation 30 to 15 days before the arrival date incurs a penalty of 40% of the booked services.

Cancellation of the reservation 14 to 8 days before the arrival date incurs a penalty of 60% of the booked services.

Cancellation of the reservation within 7 days of the arrival date incurs a penalty of 100% of the booked services.

In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% of the amount paid for the days booked and not enjoyed will be charged.

Sometimes, things just don’t go your way and you can’t go on the holiday you have planned and booked. So that, in such cases, you’re not hit by the added disappointment of losing money on the holiday you were looking forward to, we recommend you purchase travel cancellation insurance when you book. Upon request, we would be delighted for your four-legged friends to join you on your holiday at our Green Lake Hotel Weiher. We must, however, inform you that we are only able to accommodate a limited number of dogs. Dogs are also not permitted in the dining hall, in the spa area, on the lawn or near the lake. Price: EUR 25,00  (excl. dog food) per dog, per day.

The prices shown are per person, per day. All previous price lists are no longer valid. Subject to change, including the correction of typing errors and misprints. Prices include 10% VAT, as well as all mandatory duties and taxes. In addition, guests over the age of 14 are liable to pay a local tax of EUR 3,50   january person, per day, which must be paid on site . In the event of VAT increases, the price list will be adapted to reflect these changes.
