At our hotel in the Puster Valley, foodies’ hearts will race when presented with not just South Tyrolean dishes, but also delicacies from across the globe, finished with herbs from our own garden. Traditional South Tyrolean recipes are used just as much as spices from the Far East and rosemary from the herb garden.
