When can I check in? 
From 2 p.m. If you arrive earlier: put your suitcase down, grab your swimwear, and head to the pool.

By what time do I have to check out? 
By 11 a.m. If you’d like to book half a day at the Pure Nature Spa, it’s best to let us know the evening before.

Is there a car park at the hotel? 
Yes, right next to the hotel. And, of course, parking is included in the price of your stay.

Will you pick me up from the station? 
Yes, of course. The nearest train station is Ehrenburg. Please let us know your arrival time and we’ll be ready and waiting.

Is the hotel open all year round?
Yes, nearly 365 days, and we look forward to every single one of them.

Until when can I cancel? 

• Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 31 days before arrival. 
• From 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount
• From 14 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
• In the event of a no-show or early departure: 100% of the days booked but not taken

Do you recommend travel cancellation insurance? 
Yes. Sometimes, even with the best holiday planning, life throws up the unexpected. Travel cancellation insurance protects you from financial loss. You will find the form in the booking section.

How much is the single room supplement? 
€50.00 per person per day

What is the local tourist tax? 
€3.50 per person per day for those aged 14 and over. It is payable on arrival and is shown separately from the displayed room rate.

What payment methods do you accept? 
Credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

What is included in the price? 
It’s well worth taking a look at the inclusive services, as there’s more on offer than you might expect at first glance – from ¾ gourmet board and the Pure Nature Spa to the shuttle to Mt Plan de Corones/Kronplatz.

Are there discounts for children? 
For children staying in their parents’ room, the following discounts apply per person per day:

What can children do by the lake? 
There’s always something going on for the little ones by the on-site lake, at the playground right next to the hotel, and on the cycle paths of the Val Pusteria/Pustertal valley. More ideas for families.

Can I bring my dog? 
Holidays are simply even better when the whole family is there. That’s why dogs are very welcome here. When booking, please let us know that your four-legged friend will be coming to the Val Pusteria/Pustertal valley with you. We charge €30.00 per day (excluding food).

Where is my dog allowed? 
Your dog can sleep in the dog bed provided in your room, lie in the sun on the lounge terrace, and join you at the bar if the evening goes on late. Its personal favourite spot, however, is at the edge of the forest: its very own sunbathing spot, half in the shade of the fir trees, with everything a curious little sniffer could wish for. Pretty woof. 

Do I need to book for dinner? 
As a hotel guest, a seat is reserved for you in the dining room every day. Advance booking is required for the Wine & Dine event (available for groups of 6 or more) featuring a secret menu and a light show, as places are in high demand.

Are there any vegetarian or vegan options?
Of course. Please let us know about your dietary requirements when you book. We’ll then tailor the menu to suit your needs.

What time is breakfast served until? 
Until 10.30 am. 

Is the spa included in the accommodation price?
Yes. Use of the Pure Nature Spa, including the outdoor pool, sauna area, and all relaxation areas, is included in your stay.

Is the bathrobe included?
A bathrobe, sandals, and a bath towel are already in your room.

When are the spa and saunas open? 
The sauna area at the Pure Nature Spa is open daily from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. The swimming pool and fitness room are open from 7 a.m.

Do I need to book treatments in advance?
To ensure we can accommodate your preferred date, it’s best to book your chosen treatment before you arrive. 

Can I use the spa as a day visitor?

Is there a shuttle to Mt Plan de Corones/Kronplatz? 
Yes, we even have our own: to the valley station in the morning, and back again in the afternoon. Included in the price of your stay.

Can I hire e-bikes? 
Bikes and e-bikes (for a fee) are available.

Is there a Mobilcard? 
Yes. With the Mobilcard, you can travel free of charge on all public transport throughout South Tyrol during your stay.
